Admire my jewelry promotes Non-hyperallergic, Non-tarishable, Nickel and Lead free Custom/personalized Jewelry available in 10k,14k,&18k gold.18k gold filled over surgical grade stainless steel:
By industry standard, in order to be considered 'gold filled' the item must contain  5% or 1/20th of  gold (using a minimum of 10k gold) that is pressure and heat bonded to a base metal such as brass or sterling silver. We use 18k gold over surgical grade stainless steel and our pressure and heat bonding process is called physical vapour deposit. Stainless steel is considered a sustainable metal because it is 100% recyclable. It is a very durable metal and is known for being safe for most people with metal allergies & skin sensitivities (i.e similarly to surgical instruments & piercing jewelry). Stainless steel is anti tarnish and rust proof making it perfect for everyday wear. It is important to note that the only items that will never lose their colour and shine is solid.

All 'Custom Jewelry’ is handmade abroad and are made to order. Due to the nature of the items being made to order, custom jewelry is not eligible for refunds unless you receive a damaged or incorrect order. 

1. Do your bracelets come in different lengths?

yes , we offer multiple lengths braclets and convencience for your desired fitting of your jewelry. We do recommend for our Anklets or any jewelry you are prone to not take on before bedtime to get the best fitting size that fits loosely to prohibit damaging.

2. Do your chains come in different sizes?

We offer multiple sizes and chain lengths on all products.

3.Is my purchase covered under warranty?

We currently do not offer warranty insurance.

4.I received an incorrect item in my order.

If you receive a wrong item in your order, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can get your proper order to you right away!

5. My order arrived damaged?

We are sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged. Contact us Via Email or IG/Facebook DM Our team is ready to assist you in providing a reorder for a replacement item. 

Please have the following ready: Your name, order number and A picture of the damaged item.

6.What happens if my jewelry breaks?

Rest assured, our team will be happy to assist in getting your piece repaired, replaced or exchanged in no time!

7.My ring is an incorrect size?

If once you receive your jewelry you realize that the ring(s) do not fit as expected, we'll gladly resize them up to 2 sizes up for you at no additional charge!  If the ring is too large, please contact our customer care team to coordinate a replacement or exchange and to coordinate sending your ring back for size adjustments.
