US Domestic Shipping

For orders within the US, shipping normally takes 5-7 business days.

CUSTOM ORDERS - Please allow 1-2 weeks for production time to ensure a certain level of quality. However, our 3-4 week timetable is an estimate. Some pieces are produced sooner and are sent out as they are produced. We give ourselves this time frame to be able to meet all expectations and ship out beautiful custom pieces for all of our clients around theIf you selected a priority shipping method at checkout, shipping times will vary between services.

Shipping times for international orders vary depending on your destination and preferred duties and taxes payment method. As soon as your order ships, you can track it through your shipping confirmation email.

International Shipping

1. United States and Canada
Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.

2. United Kingdom
All items shipping to the UK include VAT and duties. There are no additional fees on delivery

3. Australia
Duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout and there are no additional charges upon delivery.

4. Other international shipments
There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Social Butterfly Accerssories does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Returns

Returns are ONLY for products received damage through shipping.
Reported within 24 hours of receiving product

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES DUE TO COVID

Unless received and reported damages within 24 hours.

  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s)

  • Items must be sent back within 7 days of the initial exchange processed date.


    Returns & Exchanges

Presently, we are unable to accommodate exchanges for custom pieces. Instead, we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail and repurchase the item(s) in your desired chain size or metal selection , we do have chain replacements in case of damage available.
